So Ava has this shell thing in her room that I just LOVE from Hawaii (where Jason's family lives and where Jason proposed to Tasha). It adds such a special touch to her pink and green room.

Welcome Baby Ava!

Congratulations to Jason and Tasha who welcomed a baby girl into the world this past Saturday, February 23, 2008 at 7:17 AM. Everything has been a blur for Ava's parents because she arived 3 weeks earlier than scheduled.

She is completely healthy weighing in at 7 lbs and 9 ozs at birth.
I visited the family in the hospital on Sunday and took just a handful of shots. I will be doing photos more extensively of this beautiful girl shortly. I'll be sure to post my favorites!

So I decided to jump on the band wagon and start a blog. I'm really excited about it because it will allow me to keep in touch with my clients and friends (one in the same). You can check back on a regular basis to see what I'm up to and new things I'm learning.
I hope to keep up the best I can but most of you know I have 2 small children and dinner to cook!
