Growing My Business Through Thumbtack

I am always looking for ways to grow my business and do more work.  After looking for a plumber one day, I stumbled upon Thumbtack.  It's a sight/application where you can look for professionals in your area.
Here is the link to my profile:
I have been using Thumbtack for about a year now and it has really helped me to target new work specific to dates I have open or areas I'd like to shoot more such as weddings and boudoirs.
In a field where there is so much competition I've really appreciated Thumbtack's ability for me to gain new clients.  I have shot several professional head shots for individuals and companies, a wedding rehearsal and brunch, a family in Hershey, 5 boudoir sessions, and have a wedding booked for May through responding to leads.

The great thing is that turns into a life long customer and more referrals.
My past clients are able to review my business to help increase my chances of booking new work.  If you have a moment, please leave your comments about work I have done for you and your families.

Roy Zimmerman's Reunion

Thanks to my great friend, Gretchen Hallman, I was asked to come photograph at the Harrisburg Country Club to capture the moments shared between past employees during a 30 year reunion of the Roy Zimmerman administration as Pennsylvania's Attorney General.

Throughout the night I learned of how highly respected and loved Roy is and was for his leadership.

I loved being in the room with this group because you could see how much they cared for one another.  There were so many hugs and kisses going around.  I laughed to myself wondering who I wouldn't press charges against at my place of business for hugging me let alone kissing my cheek.

It was truly an honor to meet each an every one of the people at this event and hope to cross paths with them again!
*Thanks again to Gretchen for passing my name along.
