Introducing... Molly! Central PA Newborn Photographer

I was recently asked to come take photos of this little cutie in Philly.  What an honor!

Doing lifestyle photos of a newborn in the parents' home was something I don't do very often and makes me nervous because you never know what you'll get for lighting and the setting.

I was pleasantly surprised.  Perfect setting. Perfect light!

 What a good baby.  You just need patience to get there.

I love having the opportunity to photograph little babies for dear friends of mine.

This is little Finley.  I know that photographing babies can be very frustrating. You must have endless patience and a special touch.  I can't tell you how easy Finley made this shoot for me.  Makes me love him even MORE.

Absolutely precious.

It was as if he posed for us after we mentioned how perfect it would be if he hung his arm over the side and grabbed the paddle...

 And how awesome it would be if he hugged the football....

He totally killed it!  What a pleasure it was meeting him and getting to photograph him.  I hope to take many more photos of him as he grows with his family.

Little Announcement

Andrew and Maya as well as Andy and I have a little announcement that we are excited to share with everyone.  Of course as a photographer, this is how I wanted to announce it.

Andrew and Maya will have a little brother or sister in January!  

 They can not be more excited.  They are already dreaming of bunk beds.

 I will try to keep everyone updated, but not overly informed about my progress.  All of my brides can rest easy- my due date is no where near wedding season.

Harrisburg Baby Photographer- Evelyn

Ah yes.  The time of the year when mass amounts of pollen blow around PA, and along with the pollen comes my busy season.  Soccer teams, weddings, the Joint Ball for the US Army War College, and new interns.  I met with a bride today, worked with Lexie, my newest intern, but most importantly, photographed Miss Evelyn! 

I don't know why I was nervous to photograph a 6 month old.  I was worried either she couldn't sit up on her own, or might be cranky, but Evelyn was a pure joy to photograph.  I think 6 month olds may be my new favorite age group for portraits.

 Don't you just love her little dress?
