Saint Nicholas was here!

The stockings were hung by the window with care, and then Saint Nicholas was here...
I got Maya and AJ ready for bed, then we did our traditional reading of Twas The Night Before Christmas. Maya hit AJ in the eye with the book and she got ousted from our book reading- she was wild.

Maya's side.

AJ's side.

Merry Christmas to all and to all a goodnight!

O' Christmas Tree

After a little holiday break, I'm back! I've been having a problem uploading photos, but I figured out a way to cheat the system. I won't get into the details because all that matters is that I can blog now.
Here is the photo of the Christmas tree I made- finally. That's right, I made it. Look at me being all domesticated.

I don't recomend eating the raw cranberries.

At busy times like these and with my laptop on the fritz for the Christmas season, amidst all the stress, I leave you with a photo of me as Tigger from Halloween. Until I can post something with more meat to it, enjoy :)

Random landscape

I stopped the car on the way home from a photoshoot the other day and snapped this.
I know it's random, but at least I'm posting SOMETHING ;)

I just love these hay bale stacks. something beautiful about them, and the color of a good sunset.

Puppies for Sale!

So my puppies are finally ready to leave our home. They turned 7 weeks old on November 30th, 2008. They have their dew claws removed and the two that look like Dobermans have their tails docked. They have been wormed and had their first round of shots. They really need to get into homes where they can get some individual attention- it's not easy to raise 6 puppies! I have posted an add on Petfinder, but if everyone can pass the word along that they need homes, today, that would be great. They eat a bag of food a week- and I'm talking the BIG BAG!
Here are some photos that I took of them during my Holiday photoshoot of my kids... The biggest boy in the litter is the chocolatey one out in front.

This one is the little girl.
Don't you want to take one of us home to put in your own box under the Christmas tree?

If you're intersted in a cute little puppy, call me: 215-2874.
