What a treat. I was asked to travel to the Gettysburg battle fields to capture the promotion of Mark Viney to LTC. I must say that I'm really happy that he chose to have a professional photographer come out. The scene was beautiful. He definately picked a great backdrop for the event.
Their daughter, Megan :), was full of energy, so we did a non-traditional family portrait.
This is not the first time that I have worked with the Vineys (you may remember Megan's photos with the bunnies) and hopefully it will not be the last.
They are such a wonderful family that has always been very gratious to me for my work and have always been very hospitable. After photographing, they took everyone out to dinner, including me :) Told you they were great!

I love the portrait of Megan with her daddy in the back ground. I think that photograph speaks volumes of defination of a father. Great work!
